We want you to enjoy all of our products every time you order from our website. However, there may be occasions when the goods are not exactly what you wanted or expected. You can let us know either by email to email@example.com or by calling 01296 668074 within fifteen (15) working days of receiving them. If you are returning goods to us, please get in touch and we will assist with the best possible way of returning your goods.
Exchanges and Refunds
Unwanted goods will be refunded to customers' card that was used to purchase the goods. Any damaged goods will be replaced in full by Wolf Eye Gin or a refund can be issued back to the cardholder.
