Delivery
We use a courier service with a 48-hour delivery service we aim to ship all orders on the same day if we receive them before 12 pm GMT. If there is likely to be a delay for any reason we will contact you in advance to let you know. Shipping costs are £3.95 for all orders under £55 to mainland UK and shipping is free on all orders above £55.
Returns
We want you to enjoy all of our products every time you order from our website. However, there may be occasions when the goods are not exactly what you wanted or expected. You can let us know either by email to sales@wolfeyegin.com or by calling 01296 668074 within fifteen (15) working days of receiving them. If you are returning goods to us, please get in touch and we will assist with the best possible way returning your goods.
Exchanges and Refunds
Unwanted goods, will be refunded to customers' card that was used to purchase the goods. Any damaged goods will be replaced in full by Wolf Eye Gin or a refund can be issued on the above terms. For more information please visit our Returns & Refunds policy.

Wherever possible, we shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation. Competitions
All Wolf Eye Gin competitions are open to anyone based in the UK aged 18+. No purchase is necessary.
International
Unfortunately we are unable to send our Gin internationally at this time.
